The open plan living area is well furnished and features a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV, CD and DVD players, whilst French doors lead to the outside balcony and those superb views. The kitchen comes complete with all necessary modern conveniences including washing machine and microwave and features two modern white chairs around the kitchen worktop.
The bedroom features an attractive parquet floor, fitted wardrobes and a large double bed that can be unzipped and made into two singles (zip & lock). Immediately adjacent is the full bathroom.
The Apartment boasts a large outer terrace equipped with an outside table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining. It also features two sun loungers and an umbrella – perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the views!
This property benefits from its close proximity to the resort amenities; the Village Square with its variety of shops and restaurants is less than a 2-minute stroll, as is the golf clubhouse and spa.
The communal swimming pool, which is solely for the use of residents of this small development is just meters away.
