Situated on the first floor, you enter this Apartment and immediately find yourself in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, all of which have pleasant, modern furnishings.
The living room is elegantly furnished and includes two light brown coloured fabric sofas, a coffee table, a TV, CD and DVD players and a wooden dining table with six dining chairs. Both the dining and lounge areas have direct access to the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchenette comes complete with top quality fixtures and fittings. Appliances include everything one could ask for in preparing a light meal and more - a refrigerator, microwave, oven, halogen hob, washing machine and an assortment of utensils and other kitchen items.
The master bedroom is complete with fitted wardrobes, a large double bed, bedside cabinets and matching lamps. French doors lead to the back balcony, which overlooks the Mediterranean and the championship Golf Course. The master bedroom also incorporates a marble en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination, a shower cubicle, single sink vanity unit and a toilet.
The opposite side of the living area leads you to the second double bedroom and the twin bedroom with bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and fitted wardrobes. There is a shared bathroom for these two bedrooms, which features a shower cubicle, vanity unit and a toilet.
Finally, the Apartment boasts a beautiful balcony with an outdoor dining table and matching chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella. From here you can relax, whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the stunning Mediterranean Sea and the undulating Golf Course.
