This beautiful three-bedroom first-floor apartment at Helios Heights, Aphrodite Hills Resort, is just a five-minute walk from the Village Square, Tennis, and Golf Academies.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features modern furnishings, two fabric sofas, a coffee table, TV, and a wooden dining table for six. French doors from both lounge and dining areas lead to a balcony. The fully equipped kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, and all necessary utensils.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite with bath/shower, shower cubicle, vanity unit, and WC, with French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and golf course. The second double and twin bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and WC.
The balcony is furnished with dining table, chairs, sun loungers, and umbrella,perfect for enjoying panoramic views of the sea and golf course.
