Set on one level, the villa features a spacious open-plan layout with modern furnishings, concealed air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, while two twin bedrooms (convertible to doubles) share a second bathroom with shower.
Outside, enjoy a private pool, garden, terrace, and built-in BBQ,perfect for alfresco dining. Guests also have access to the Alexander Heights communal pool.
