Property CC01 boasts stunning panoramic sea views and a private infinity pool, making it a standout choice at Aphrodite Hills. Located on the ground floor of a low-rise block, it’s just a short walk from the Village Square and Golf Club.
The open-plan living area is decorated in calming neutral tones, with a corner sofa, wall-mounted LCD TV, and French doors leading to the veranda and pool. The dining area seats six, while the modern kitchen features granite countertops, Italian wood cabinets, and high-end appliances.
The master bedroom includes a zip&lock bed, en-suite with spa bath, and direct pool access. Two additional bedrooms (zip&lock beds) share a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside, enjoy the infinity pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, gas BBQ, and shower — all with sweeping views of the Mediterranean.

Disclaimer – Heated Pools
- Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
- Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
- Minimum 5 days.
- Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
