The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with colourful highlights and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The living room is styled with contemporary style furniture and features a flat screen LCD TV, CD player and DVD player, all available for your entertainment and enjoyment. This room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the patio doors.
The dining area has an elegant table with six chairs; there are French doors which open out to the veranda, which also offers breathtaking views. The modern kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and an electric oven/hob.
A staircase leads down to the lower floor, where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is completely furnished featured with a double bed, parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and side cabinets with matching lamps. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, which offers a bathtub and shower.
The second bedroom is located on the ground floor featured with twin beds (zip & lock) and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet.
Last but not least is a twin bedded room (zip & lock), featuring bedside cabinets with matching lamps and fitted wardrobes.
Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture, a free-standing barbeque, sun loungers and the central attraction; a magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool with ladder steps.
