Only an eight-minute walk from all of the Resort amenities, it is an ideal choice for convenience and total relaxation. The property commands awe-inspiring views of the mountains, ravine and sea; combine this location with the high-quality facilities that the property has to offer, and this is an idyllic place in which to take a break.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the living area, which features a large sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a DVD player A convenient guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.
The kitchen, located next to the living room area on the ground floor, is fully equipped with all the modern appliances including a large fridge freezer; an oven and a microwave. Included in the kitchen is a modern kitchen table with chairs, which are situated next to the large patio doors leading onto the balcony. Here you can enjoy the spectacular views whilst dining alfresco.
On the lower floor, a staircase from the entrance hall leads downstairs to where all three bedrooms are located. The master bedroom, houses a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and has direct access to the garden area. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and shower over, separate shower cubicle, double vanity sink unit and a WC.
Along the hallway, you will find the second and the third rooms that feature twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and bedside tables with lamps and access to the garden area.
Outside these bedrooms, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, single vanity top and a toilet. There is a utility room located on the same floor, which houses an iron, ironing board and a washing machine.
