Tastefully furnished throughout, the living room is decorated in striking, warm red and gold tones and is dominated by the large L-shaped sofa, ideally placed for enjoying the views of the sparkling pool through the French doors.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, which has seating for up to six people - and also boasts a set of French doors leading onto the pool terrace. The modern cherry wood kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and electric oven and hob.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with twin beds (zip & lock) and is attractively decorated in soothing shades, set off with coordinating cushions and curtains. Shuttered French doors lead directly out to the pool terrace. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom, which completes the ground floor facilities.
The marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom with a double bed (zip & lock). Furnished with double bed and with modern, tasteful décor, this room boasts its own TV and private outdoor terrace. The high ceiling makes the room light and airy, and the 2 picture windows offer extensive views over the golf course. Next to this is the full bathroom which features a bath with shower, vanity unit and WC.
Outside, the shaded terrace is comfortably equipped with a round dining table and chairs enabling al-fresco dining, whilst the 8m x 4m private pool takes centre stage, bordered by a sunbathing terrace and colourful flower beds.
Ideal for couples and families alike, this is a great base from which to enjoy the many close-at-hand resort amenities.
