This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom Junior Villa on the Hestiades Greens complex offers excellent golf course and mountain views. Finished to a high standard, it’s just steps from the Village Square and Golf Clubhouse, making it ideal for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining area for six next to French doors opening onto the large private pool and patio. The lounge features plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and more French doors leading outside. The pool can be heated on request for cooler months.

On the ground floor, there’s a double bedroom with direct pool access and an adjacent bathroom with shower, also serving as a guest WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms with zip & lock twin beds (convertible to doubles), wardrobes, and shutters, plus a spacious bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside, the large patio has a dining table and chairs beside the 8 x 4 m private pool, perfect for enjoying the outdoor lifestyle. This villa promises a truly exceptional stay.

Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.) 

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
