This 2-bedroom Premium Serviced Apartment in Alexander Heights is newly completed to a high standard. South-facing with stunning sea views, it is just a short stroll from the Village Square and resort facilities.
Located on the first floor, the apartment offers open-plan living, a modern kitchen with Italian-style units and Nespresso machine, and marble or parquet flooring throughout. An external staircase provides access to front and rear terraces capturing the views.
The master bedroom has a double bed, shower room, and terrace access, while the twin bedroom (zip & lock) has large windows and an en-suite bathroom. The communal pool is just metres away, with the Village Square, golf clubhouse, and spa within easy reach.
Note: Sleeps up to 5 guests, including one child (up to 12 years) on a camp bed in the lounge. One baby cot per bedroom can be added at no extra cost.
