Villa 85 is a Superior three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa within walking distance of the village square, shops, restaurants, golf, tennis, football academies, and spa.
The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, TV, stereo, and a modern dining table. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, and oven.
Two patio doors open to a covered outdoor dining and lounge area. The ground floor has a twin bedroom (zip & lock beds) and nearby bathroom.Upstairs are two bedrooms: the master with zip & lock beds, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony; and another bedroom with zip & lock beds and a bathroom next to it.
Outside, a 10x5m pool with Roman steps is surrounded by terraces and a large lawn with native shrubs—perfect for families.
Both the swimming pool terrace and first-floor balcony offer beautiful views to the sparkling sea in the distance, a perfect place to watch the sunset after a relaxing day basking in the Cypriot sunshine.
